Every year a percentage of Aria Advisor’s profits will be spent providing opportunities for aspiring learning and development facilitators of any age to learn the art of designing and facilitating learning events. This will be done through membership contributions to the Institute for Learning Practitioners (ILP) who provide aspiring facilitators access to their very professional inSIGHTS Mentoring Program.
