Coaching Programs are most often used to help realign or to amplify an individual’s performance. Coaches specialising in building business skills or improving non-productive behaviours are available for all industries. As coaching is ‘high intensity’ on the professional development scale, it is generally for a set period of time. Each session is typically one hour long, but can go longer depending on the needs of the Coaching Client for that session. The first session is usually one and a half hours.
Sherpa Executive Coaching (The Platinum Standard for Coaching Worldwide)
This involves coaching an executive who has responsibility for clients and/or projects.
Neuro3H Coaching Program
This program is primarily for those who are stressed or in danger of becoming so. At the end of the sessions, the client is in the perfect place physically, mentally and emotionally for Executive or Business Coaching. Neuro3H Coaching is designed around leading-edge Neuroscience and uses biofeedback as the mechanism for measuring Heart Rate Variability, a non-invasive indicator of neuro-cardiac fitness.
Two basic results that can be expected from this program:
- A sense of resilience (not anxious, stressed or suffering insomnia). Clients feel better mentally, emotionally and physically and have a calm sense of well-being.
- Cognitive skills improve with a greater ability to focus on the job at hand.
It builds neurological fitness which is critical for those who are learning, leading others, problem solving, making decisions or working in high risk areas where safety is a key performance indicator.
Executive Coaching
Typically this manager has responsibility for other managers/departments.
Management Coaching/Mentoring
This level manager has responsibility for other team members.
Senior Management Coaching/Mentoring
This involves coaching an executive who has responsibility for clients and/or projects.
Cross Cultural Coaching
The cost of having highly skilled and capable staff who lack the confidence to contribute to meetings, or build effective workplace relationships, because English is their second language cannot be ignored. Cross Cultural Coaching works predominately on pronunciation and colloquialisms that, once mastered, have a proven benefit to the business and provides that boost of confidence that allows clients to fully participate in contributing to business goals.
Critical Friend Program: For the CEO & Executive Team
These leaders are often already at or beyond their workload capacity, so the Critical Friend Program is ideal for a person at this level. It has no fixed period of time or set objective. Instead it is an ‘as needed’ high level, sounding board with an experienced advisor who provides input and feedback on a variety of in-house challenges as well as information on current issues, topics and trends. This is a particularly valued service for leaders who have no one ‘in the know’ to bounce ideas off or confide in.
Group Coaching
This either involves a group of individuals focusing on a team/department/group outcome or a group of individuals from differing backgrounds experiencing similar challenges. For example, a group of project managers, first time supervisors or groups learning a new task such as changing non-productive behaviours.
