- Facilitation – a great facilitator excels at drawing out the wisdom and experience in the room, exploring the options, and perhaps helping to create a time-framed action plan if needed.
- Strategy Session – a strong strategy session involves assisting a small group to focus their attention and experience around a central topic, theme or planned outcome. This is generally discussed in a facilitation style, rather than workshop/workbook style.
- From Strategy to the Operational Imperative – without the operational plan, the strategy document becomes just another piece of paper. Facilitated sessions allow the strategic plan to become real to those people at the operational level and people leave the session with a good understanding of their accountability.
