Alison Jardie
Specialising in leadership development, building high performance teams, and facilitating organistional change, Alison has held real world senior management roles including Director of Learning and Development and Workforce Capability, with a decade of experience in the Queensland Government. Prior to this she spent six years with a leading management consulting firm.
Alison has lived and breathed, and consequently understands the pressures, demands, and deadlines on leaders, their teams, and their projects in very large organisations. She understands that businesses are transformed by people and applies this to strategic culture change interventions. Her successful leadership career combined with the training and objectivity of an independent advisor makes Alison one of the very few with her unique ability to provide a laser focus on your leadership capability, strategies, goals and barriers.
Alison has an innate ability to simplify complex people and performance issues and coach others to do the same, guaranteeing successful results in both emerging and senior management teams. Alison holds accreditation in a variety of tools including Myers-Briggs (MBTI), Extended DISC, MSCEIT (Emotional Intelligence Test), Team Management Systems, the Shl range of psychometric tests, and Organisational Culture tools.
