Chris is an experienced facilitator with a passion for business excellence, leadership and organisation effectiveness. She is well versed in the major issues of organisation development and has worked, for the past ten years, with a wide range of organisations, across the private and public sector, facilitating strategic solutions.

Chris specialises in organisation analysis, assessment and continuous improvement strategies underpinned by system and process management, creating relative input to the Management of Change, Safety and Wellbeing accountability models with a strong interest in human factors that influence safety performance.
