Jolanta Szymczyk
For almost two decades Jolanta’s focus has been on mobilising and galvanising people and resources to drive change quickly, effectively and seamlessly across all organisational levels in infrastructure and spatial industry.
Jolanta’s innovative approach to facilitation, accelerated learning and professional development have allowed her to span her career across multiple disciplines such as surveying, spatial industry, learning and development, capability development and senior management. Jolanta’s background in engineering and spatial industry has positioned her uniquely to work very closely with industry leaders, senior executives, professional engineers and technology practitioners enabling them to maximize business and professional potential. Her strong project management background makes her a unique and ideal partner in helping organisations to realise business opportunities and position business for the future.
Jolanta is qualified in surveying, geographical information systems and business management. She has lectured at the School of Management at QUT and co-authored a number of research initiatives resulting in research publications in Australia and overseas. She was an industry partner and co-researcher involved in one of the most comprehensive longitudinal change management research projects undertaken in a technically orientated organisation.
More recently, Jolanta has designed and managed the delivery of various developmental programs including leadership and management development, knowledge transfer practices, change readiness, futuristic business planning, and English fluency coaching, to name a few. She is also an experienced practitioner in cross-cultural training and development and has successfully managed preparation for negotiations with a Chinese business partner.
