Specialising in leadership development, building high performance teams and emerging talent, Karen has over 28 years experience working with government and private organisation. She has held positions as team leader of project and multi-disciplinary teams. She is a Master Certified Coach (the top accreditation available with the International Coaching Federation) and has over ten years and 3,000+ hours of coaching experience.
Since 2000, Karen has coached and partnered with senior executives from some of Australia’s largest organisations including AGFA, American Express, PriceWaterhouse Coopers, Thiess, Australian Tax Office, National Australia Bank, Westpac, Mallesons, Pfizer, Sinclair Knight Mertz, BDO Kendalls, Footlocker, Mater Hospital, Ray White Corporate, Crown Law, Toyota, Queensland Health, Queensland Rail, and Department of Main Roads. She has delivered coach specific training (‘Leader as Coach’) to over 500 Queensland managers across government and professional services firms.
