Kaye Kurth
For the past twelve years Kaye’s primary focus has been assisting individuals to optimise their potential and meet the challenges of constantly changing work environments. She is one Australia’s most experienced coaches and facilitators providing executive coaching, workshop design and facilitation, counselling and mentoring. Clients love the way she brings a sense of fun and energy to participants’ learning experiences that encourages them to apply what they learn to their work.
Kaye is a Certified Learning and Development Practitioner and is qualified to train people in continuous improvement methodologies, The Nine Conversations of Leadership, Purposeful Conversations, Heart of Leadership and the Institute for Learning Practitioners Facilitation Passport series. She is also qualified to use Myers-Briggs, DiSC and Personality Compass Type Instrument. Kaye is the only Sherpa Executive Coach in Australia.
Kaye has designed and facilitated leadership, coaching, business skills and changing behaviours workshops with an emphasis on transfer of learning to the workplace. Workshop topics include leadership, building productive and resilient workplace communities, presentation skills and business skills. Participants of Kaye’s workshops include engineers, accountants, infrastructure supervisors, administration staff and clinicians.

Awards
Kaye has worked extensively with Queensland Rail as a coach for the Chief Executive’s Accelerated Leadership Development Program (1999-2003), winning ‘ALDP Coach of the Year’ in 1999, 2000 and 2003. Apart from operating her own coaching and facilitation business, Aria Advisors, Kaye is the Queensland Ambassador for the Institute for Learning Practitioners and as well as a clinical counsellor.
